We're currently seeking candidates who enjoy working in a team environment: Pet Care Associate The Pet Care Associate will assist pet parents with fish, birds, reptiles and small furry pets. Responsibilities Include: Caring for the pets in our store & ensure health & safety of all pets on a daily basis Becoming technically knowledgeable on all species in order to provide solutions for our pet parents Suggesting additional products & services as appropriate Performing daily tasks including cleaning fish tanks; reptile, small pet and bird habitats, and provide food and water for all pets Handling pets You will also be trained in other departments & positions within the PetSmart store, and will be asked to work in other areas as needed. Candidates must be flexible in working a rotating schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
