As a PetSmart associate, you'll be joining the nation's leading pet retailer. Our vision is to provide Total Lifetime Care for every pet, every parent, every time. We're currently seeking candidates who enjoy working in a team environment: Pet Trainer Responsibilities Include: Have the ability to approach and greet pet parents in order to determine their potential training needs Educate & recommend training classes to our pet parents Teach both private and group training sessions ranging from beginning to advanced skills Be able to speak in front of large groups Enjoy interaction with pets and pet parents Be able to work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)Our Pet Training Instructors earn an hourly wage plus commission. Qualification: No experience is necessary. We will teach you how to train by placing you into our Pet Training Instructor Accreditation program.
