In our PetsHotel you will help ensure that all pet parents and guests have a pleasant experience by providing a safe, comfortable and fun environment. In this hands-on position you will be responsible for completing the daily tasks for all the pets in our care. We're currently seeking candidates who enjoy working in a team environment: Pet Care Specialist Responsibilities include: Interacting with Pet Parents as you check pets in/out Feeding and caring for guests Walking dogs, conducting play times with groups of dogs and spending time with cats Monitoring each guest to ensure they have clean water and comfortable bedding Cleaning rooms, dishes and laundry Maintaining a clean, safe and enjoyable environment for all of our guests Providing excellent customer service You will also be trained in other departments & positions within the PetSmart store, and will be asked to work in other areas as needed. Candidates must be flexible in working a rotating schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
