Responsibilities:



Bottom-line financial accountability for product area and final accountability for financial components of the assortment plan
Formulate and profitably execute divisional forecasting, planning, and inventory management including continually analyzeand forecast sales, margin, and turn to plan and trend, partner with Buying team to continually manage the business through in-season analysis and tactical adjustments, and challenge receipt flow process.
Create line plans through reconciliation of financial plans and delivery plans
Conduct Monthly Forecast Review and actively contribute and drive strategy development and execution
Partner with Buying team to ensure the merchandise strategy aligns with financial plans and assortment guidelines



Job Requirements:



Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail Planning/related environment
Strong analytical skills and critical reasoning are essential
Strong ability to manage and develop a highly functioning team
Ability to collaborate with multiple, cross organizational partners
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Expertise in retail math and Planning tools
