Price Book Associate – Full-time hourly position (40+ hours per week)

 

REPORTS TO: Price Book Manager

 

Major Function:

Responsible for maintaining the PDI Price Book with the highest level of integrity.

 

Essential Functions:Responsible for managing the PDI Price Book, which includes both the initial set up of new items; manage the flow of Price Book maintenance involving vendor item changes, and promotions with direction from the Category Managers.Processing EDI files. Reconcile invoice discrepancies.Provide support to stores on Price Book issues.Communicate with trade vendors in regard to price book issues that need attention at their end.Assist Category Managers with collection and entry of data information.Back up phones for other department personnel.Assist with marketing department projects as needed.
