Project Manager, Field Planning and Communications

Manage all planning calendars, project time lines, field workload and intranet site. PLANNING Responsible for managing cross-functionally planning and communication project plans to ensure deadlines are met.   Responsible for communicating progress on all project plans.   Manage escalation process for missed deadlines   Provide support for Field meetings/events   Manage approval process for calendar dates   Partner with finance and store ops to determine field project hours and manage workload priorities.   Partner with communications, store operations, and field leadership to approve Field workload   Partner cross functionally to identify all field tasks 6 to 12 months out   Publish all calendars on a monthly basis via paper /Internet   Manager intranet postings and organizational process   POLICY AND PROCEEDURE   Indentify opportunities in improving existing documentation and identify new policies and procedures   Manage field team to provide feedback on opportunities to improve, update existing or create new policies   Manage documentation, formatting, updating of new or current policies and procedures   Partner cross-functionally with content owne4rs to ensure accuracy of information   Establish clear and timely communication of new/current policies and procedures   Facilitate meetings among Home Office stakeholders through update process   Facilitate quarterly update process with stakeholders and vendors   Primary editor of all policy and procedures Involvement with training and other field manuals to ensure consistency across all forms of communication.   COMMUNICATION   Provide backup to support communications team   Partner to ensure all communications to the field is consistent with current policies and procedures. Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication, has strong ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with all levels of the organization, ability to facilitate group meetings, proficient in Micro Soft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Photoshop, HTML, In-design and Publisher. Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Communications, Technical Writing, or work related experience. 2-4 years project management experience, experience with influencing and collaborating with cross-functional groups and retail experience.
