Job Responsibilities: SUMMARY This position is responsible for managing all aspects of assigned People, Process, and Technology (PPT) projects. These projects will deliver strategic value to the business. Projects are completed on time, within budget, with agreed upon functionality, while driving business value and end-user satisfaction. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage one or more projects of moderate complexity that impact a wide band of the company. Projects may have a direct impact on the company’s business and financial goals. Drive change. Review project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project. Recruit, train and motivate a collaborative cross-functional team for the project duration, representing all impacted functions of the business. Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of project. Establish clear deliverables and expectations for the project. Confer with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. Confer with customer to outline project status. Understand and manage customer expectations. Direct and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget. Constantly evaluates project’s ability to meet objectives and modifies or reschedule project plans as required. Prepare and deliver project reports for management, customer, or others. Confer with project personnel to provide advice and to resolve problems. Ensure timely and effective delivery of the project. Participate in People, Process, Technology (PPT) change and business advisory roles, as required. Ensure effective handoff of completed project to customer including provisions for ongoing support. Qualifications: EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field required. MBA preferred. 4-6 years business experience required in an enterprise level organization. 2-3 years of project management experience required. Retail Industry experience desired. Must be proficient in leading People, Process, Technology (PPT) change. Must demonstrate proficiency in any project management and software tools required to execute the responsibilities of the position. Effective communication and interpersonal relations skills required. Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and with external vendors.
