If writing your own success story interests you - Welcome to Hollywood!   Summary:  As a Property Tax Clerk you will be assisting with the preparation and distribution of Hollywood personal property asset information.  The preparation requires accurate inputting of data into various databases. Data entry requires knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.  The position also requires good communication skills. You will be contacting various taxing authorities and leasing companies for information concerning proper and accurate reporting of tax information. You will also maintain and file tax documents.  The department is small, so reliability is an important characteristic. Qualifications: Education: -Business or Accounting courses  Skills:-Solid computer skills including experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.-Good communication skills.-10-Key skills a plus.Experience:-1-2 years experience in an accounting environment a plus.Abilities:-Have the ability to multi-task.-Have the ability to handle multi-state responsibilities.-Have the ability to work without a lot of supervision.-Have good problem solving abilities.-Have proven analytical and organizational ability.  Hollywood Entertainment - which includes Hollywood Video and Game Crazy stores as well as our corporate offices and distribution centers - is dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for all our guests, as well as great career opportunities for all our partners.
