Job Category Marketing/Product Public Relations Manager, Stores --- Bloomingdale's, New York Overview:In partnership with OVP, develop and execute the roll-out of strategic initiatives for special events, promotions and community and media projects.  Manage the administrative, collateral development, event details and store communication relating to multi-store initiatives. Key Accountabilities Interface with merchant divisions to formulate and execute in-store retail promotions.  Develop plans, time and action calendars and event templates for store execution. Secure third party partners for numerous multi-store promotions.  Liaise with Regional and store PR teams to oversee in-store execution of programs and promotions.   Develop event briefs, proposals, forms and review materials for senior management. Develop PowerPoint presentations for sponsor, vendor, merchant and central executive presentations Work with regional PR team to manage the development and trafficking of marketing collateral for branch store initiatives. Work with regional and store PR teams to develop and execute community relation’s initiatives.  Manage all collateral development, communicate best practices, prepare timelines, objectives, event directives and recap results. Support media relations team and branch stores to secure information and materials for media outreach. Participate in live Media events as needed. Serve as primary liaison to marketing department in the development of marketing collateral including but not limited to direct mail, promotional pieces, and advertising.  Present information, manage the trafficking process and ensure budget and creative compliance to meet project initiatives. Manage the program initiatives, timeline and marketing support for multi-store programs such as The Shopping Benefit, a multi-city charitable event.  Plan and allocate Central PR branch budgets as directed by OVP.
