We have an excellent opportunity in our Corporate Purchasing department for a self motivated professional with the proven ability to handle multiple scheduled functions associated with established business processes. This position is based in our Union, NJ corporate office.Responsibilities include managing to established schedules, creating & maintaining reports, processing invoices, budget reporting and tracking, all with a sense of urgency and timeliness. Responsibilities involve extensive project tracking & coordination as well as administrative work.Requirements: Candidate must be highly detail-oriented, organized, and have the proven ability to handle & prioritize multiple tasks. Candidates should also exhibit excellent written/oral communication skills, have the ability to problem solve and possess a great customer service attitude. Proficiency with Word, Access and advanced Excel are required. Crystal Reports experience is also beneficial.
