RB124 Ecommerce Project Manager/Web Producer

Position: Ecommerce Project Manager/Web Producer Location: FLDescription:Our client is a leading multi-channel fashion retailer with an emerging eCommerce business. They have expanded over the last few years and are currently eyeing additional growth strategies. We are looking for a strong Ecommerce Project Manager with a background in Ecommerce Operations to join this team.  The ideal candidate will lead the planning, scheduling, execution, and maintenance of all site and campaign content with the goal of maximizing revenue and the consumer experience online.  Responsibilities: ·  Proactively create and manage site and e-marketing production schedules.·  Develop and oversee an effective planning, QA, and execution process for content across the websites and e-marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of all web content publishing.·  Interact daily with an internal staff of Art Directors, Web Specialists, Merchants, Marketers, and Planners to coordinate all site and e-marketing campaigns.·  Coach, guide and develop direct reports and create an environment where employees are encouraged to perform at their potential. ·  Build cross-functional partnerships with key functions such as print production, brand creative, merchandising, customer contact center, and MIS, to ensure smooth and efficient processes. Requirements: ·  Experience in website production for a large, B2C e-commerce/retail website.·  Content management/web producer experience with e-commerce/transactional sites that includes progressive responsibilities in the development, design, deployment and support of website content.·  Must have hands-on experience of using an e-commerce content management system.·  Proficiency in all major aspects of website design and production, specifically a working knowledge of flash-based production, XML, online video streaming and content management systems.·  Strong analytical, marketing, prioritization, influencing, and negotiating skills.  Our client offers a competitive base salary, bonus potential.
