Position: Store ManagerLocation: Miami Area Our client us a local drug store/retail chain based in the Miami area that captures a massive market share. They have recently gained investment dollars for a HUGE expansion over the next 3-5 years and are adding STORE MANAGERS!  The company specializes in offering products that range from general merchandise, pharmacy items, HBA, cosmetics, OTC, and more!  Lots of training is provided! Responsibilities: Provide a hands-on leadership style, a positive role model and set an excellent work ethic example Interview, hire, train, and retain staff Manage monthly P&L and assist in budgeting process #1 objective is to drive sales by providing excellent customer service in the store & occasionally visiting potential customers  REQUIREMENTS:  Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Store Manager or General Manager in drug store, retail, grocery, or foodservice environment. High potential assistant store managers or co-managers will be considered.
