We are looking for a retail professional with high-volume store leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your energy, charisma and passion for the outdoors will help build a store team dedicated to amazing and delighting our customers. Successful candidates will have apparel merchandising experience; hardlines and outdoor gear experience are a plus.
This leader will:Build a team dedicated to providing exceptional customer serviceCreate a store environment that brings the L.L.Bean brand to lifeDirect and lead superior merchandising and store operationsCoach and develop leaders and sales associates
We look for:5 or more years of demonstrated success managing a high-volume retail storeExperience directing a leadership team and 50 + sales associatesDemonstrated ability in the “art and commerce” of brand presentationProven ability to use retail metrics and analytics to drive resultsAbility to work a varied scheduleWillingness to relocateCollege degree is required
