Regional Bedding Specialist

Raymour & Flanigan Furniture is the fastest growing furniture retailer in the northeast. We are seeking a highly effective Regional Bedding Specialist who will participate on a dynamic bedding sales and training team that plays a pivotal role in the company’s overall sales and execution for the New England Market.

Frequent (90% or more) travel to regional company locations as well as competitive locations to gather input, help communicate and educate our sales teams on merchandising initiatives, and to identify opportunities.

CREATE ENTHUSIASM AT THE STORE LEVEL FOR THIS PRODUCT SEGMENT. Coordinate the training, sales and merchandising of all sleep/bedding products for our New England Showrooms. The Regional Bedding Specialist works directly with company associates on promotions, sales, training and marketing of product. Develop regional business strategy for the sleep/bedding product segment. Maintain a thorough and current understanding of bedding retail industry trends, including but not limited to competitive offerings, price points, and promotion activity. Develop strong relationships with partner departments including but not limited to distribution, marketing, product supply, sales and operations. Become a respected member of a regional team supporting our sales and operational associates throughout the company.

Experience-Skills-Attributes: Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills a must.
