Regional HR Assistant

This non-exempt associate located in the field in Charlotte,NC and will serve as a region-wide resource on company policies and procedures.  Duties include processing information and requests from customers and associates; administrative and clerical support to the region; analyzing and communicating customer & associate concerns promptly, clearly and concisely with the Regional HR Director collecting and compiling various reports for multip1e facilities, including People P&L, Compliance reports, Rosters and processing compensation requests. The successful candidates will have strong organizational, phone, computer skills, customer service, and administrative skills the ability to interact and communicate effectively with customers and associates; the ability to pay attention to detail and prioritize work assignments, the ability to recognize problems arid discrepancies in relation to payroll, training and personnel file compliance and to use knowledge and resources to assist in correcting the problems; knowledge of and the ability to apply company policies; the ability to arrange meetings arid travel.
