Proactiv Skin Care Solution, the number one selling acne skin treatment in America is currently recruiting for the position of Regional Manager - Atlanta, GA, Florida & Tenn. area. This is a replacement position. We offer exceptional growth opportunities for our ever expanding markets.
The Regional Manager is responsible for all mall cart operations in the northwest region of the United States which represents; the Atlanta, GA, Eastern Tenn & North Eastern Florida area. This position is expected to be based out of Atlanta, GA.
This position reports to the Director of Operations for the East Coast.
The responsibilities of this position include (but are not limited to):
1.) All business issues including revenue, profits, materials management, and customer service issues.
2.) All human resource issues including staffing, training, retention, and performance management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintains effective communications throughout the Region with Cart Managers. Leads the customer service and sales effort in the Region.Ensures compliance within the Region to Company policies and procedures which includes the areas of human resources, cash management, product inventory control, and scheduling.Is actively involved in performance management to meet company standards.Ensures that all team members are knowledgeable about Company Products.Ensures that the Region is staffed at all levels with high quality, qualified team members.Maintains effective communications and a good relationship with Mall Management and assures that mall regulations are followed.Conducts new cart openings; set up new kiosks, recruits or assists Cart Managers with recruiting cart employees. Manages loss control operations to ensure any incidents of thefts are minimized.Analyzes and measures business trends; develops and implements plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in business or relevant field preferred; or five years related retail management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Multi-state supervision preferred. Experience in skin-care products preferred.
Travel Requirements:
The individual must have own transportation and will need to travel at least 75% of the time.
Language /Composition, Math, & Reasoning Ability.
Computer Skills:
Solid computer skills in Microsoft outlook, Word, Excel, Access and Point of Sales (POS) systems.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manages 16 subordinate supervisors who supervise a total of approx. 45-50 employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Physical Demands:
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and Ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
