Information about the Job:

 

As the Regional Manager you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day retail operations of approximately 34 Brighton Collectible Stores. You will be responsible for ensuring the execution of customer service standards, building customer loyalty by developing District Managers and Store Partners. You will be responsible for the growth and development of future stores within the district. This position is based out of our City of Industry, CA corporate office. This is a field position requiring 50% overnight travel.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

- Provide on-going guidance, leadership and direction for assigned stores

- Directly responsible for four District Managers who are responsible for store partners

- Ensuring the execution of customer service standards and customer satisfaction programs

- Ensuring the achievement of sales, productivity and profitability in assigned locations

- Monitors store operations to ensure achievement of sales objectives

 

Job Experience:

 

- 10 years progressive managerial responsibilities within a retail store operation overseeing a team of managers

- Strong retail operations skills

- Solid business understanding

- Bachelor’s Degree
