Regional Operations Director - New England

Description:The Regional Operations Director will be responsible for the overall operational effectiveness of the region. He/She will oversee human resources, accounting, compliance, legal, general operations, facilities and technology. He/She will develop and execute action plans through a network of peers and subordinate managers to ensure regional success.Responsibilities: Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff throughout the region. Drive operating income by developing efficient processes to manage the budget, expenses, and direct costs of the region. Oversee compliance, including communicating with national operations to disseminate information and provide feedback regarding policies and processes. Negotiate contracts with vendors and institutions. Coordinate with center personnel, the corporate office, and customers to evaluate and meet service and performance goals. Create weekly and monthly reports and collect data required for evaluation of business decisions and processes. Manage billing, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Assist in the planning and execution of Kaplan's business growth including class starts, instructor auditions and marketing events.
