Regional Recruiter

Metropark is an expanding new chain of mall-based specialty stores inspired by the fusion of fashion, music and art. Metropark offers contemporary, branded fashion with an emphasis on Premium Denim, as well as accessories, for both men and women. We carry such labels as True Religion, Rock & Republic, Affliction, Ed Hardy & Betsey Johnson accessories.  The Metropark store experience boasts large plasma playing music and brand image videos as well as live DJ's on the weekends. Reporting to the Senior Director of Employee Services, the Regional Recruiter will be responsible for developing and providing recruitment and overall staffing solutions for Metropark Stores in the Eastern Region.

 

Regional Recruiter Position Duties:

 Sourcing, identifying and securing top talent for open Metropark positions via cold calling, networking and internet resourcesBuild strong network of recruiting resources in industry and pool of candidates to continually increase staffing process effectivenessPlanning and organization of recruitment process to secure high-caliber talent in accordance with New Store Opening Recruiting Timeline to achieve target goalsPartner with Western Regional Recruiter on maintaining Open Positions Report on a  weekly basis for storesPartner with Employee Services Representative to communicate activity of all advertising via web and print resourcesWork with Senior Director of Employee Services to develop and streamline recruiting strategiesAssist when needed in preparation and maintenance of Search Information for recruiting researchSupports new hire application/background check processTravel to recruit and interview high caliber candidates (Minimum 40%)Interfacing with all departments at all levels to develop strong rapports/relationshipsScheduling interviews and assist in the facilitation of onsite process for Home Office candidatesCreating and updating reports in ExcelMaintain strong reporting and tracking of searches and applicant informationProject work as directed by Senior  Director of Employee ServicesAssisting when needed in recruitment needs outside of Region.Other duties as assigned but not limited to those listed above

 Qualifications:

 Must have minimum 3 years Fashion Retail Recruiting experience, preferably in specialty environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsMust be highly organized with strong time management skillsHighly self-disciplined and results-orientedProficient in Microsoft Outlook and OfficeProven ability to be highly adaptable in a fast paced, growing environmentExcellent relationship and rapport building skillsBachelors degree, preferably in Business or applicable field
