 Regional Skin Care/ Cosmetic Sales Trainer

Please indicate in your resume or cover letter.Dr. Susan Taylor's Rx for Brown Skin Company Overview: Rx for Brown Skin is a start-up skin care company serving brown skin consumers (including Latino, Asian and African American skin tones) with highly efficacious skin care through the specialty retail channel. The company is in the early stages of development and presents an ideal opportunity for a motivated self-starter to make a significant impact on the organization. We are seeking a highly motivated, goal orientated person for the Training/Sales position. You must be results oriented, energetic and enthusiastic about skincare with a commitment to being the best in the business. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Goals of the Sales Trainer: o Be a team player with the retailer partner and contribute to the overall success of the brand through exceptional sales, effective trainings, building brand awareness with their market and executing successful events.

 Performance: o Achieve personal sales goals on a daily basis. o Provide the best customer shopping experience possible by focusing on the skin care needs unique to Latin, African American, Asian people.

o Achieve sales productivity by focusing on linking multiple units per transaction. o Be on time for work and work scheduled days o Have reliable transportation. o Follow all store policy and procedures. Sales and Marketing Skills: o Ability to educate, build solid relationships, give product knowledge & customer service. o Must meet daily sales goals. o Track sales and unit performance per door and identify opportunities for improvement o Complete weekly call sheets summarizing activities o Provide ongoing feedback on competitive, consumer and market activities o Support the creation of new training materials o Adhere to all customer vendor requirements o Ensure all brand merchandising and in store displays are as specified

o Source out opportunities to build brand awareness in the markets.Schedule:

Position is a Wednesday-Sunday (Monday & Tuesday off- One weekend off per month)

Trainer Qualifications: o Excellent track record in the cosmetic industry o Ability to work weekends, extended holiday hours during the week and long hours during event promotions.

o Ability to travel. All positions require travel to multiple states.

o Must have a valid drivers license.o Ability to work nights. Flexible schedule a must. o Ability to communicate in store needs, successes and challenges o Adept at problem solving. o Ability to multi-task. This position is responsible for multiple locations.*Ability to speak Spanish for this position is strongly desired.
