PetSmart is an Equal Opportunity EmployerWith many positions offering relocation packages, learn more about Life in PhoenixJob Responsibilities: As a Replenishment Systems Business Analyst you will be responsible for successfully implementing complex replenishment systems projects (i.e. Third party logistics provider) to completion and monitoring to ensure the solution provided delivers the expected results over time. You will be the single point of contact and liaison for the direct business relationship and will have the responsibility for optimal inventory levels to support our customer base. As the Subject Matter Expert you will identify, develop and drive operational excellence throughout the business and provide enhanced tools to end users of the replenishment systems. This will include responsibility for identifying areas of inefficiency within Replenishment and delivering solutions, processes and procedures designed with a best practice and best of class orientation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Analyzes current business and system processes and recommends configuration changes or advanced functionality implementation to drive replenishment operational excellence throughout the Supply Chain. Manages complex replenishment initiatives and participates in the design and development of tools to increase efficiency and reduce inventory within the direct channel. Drives complex replenishment projects (i.e. automated live goods replenishment) to successful completion. Develops best practices to ensure replenishment systems are optimally configured to enhance DC/Store in-stocks, reducing inventory costs, minimizes transportation expenses, and provides optimal end user productivity. Provides support and direction to replenishment system end user questions regarding system functionality. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, from a four-year college or university. Four to six years work experience that includes identifying and recommending changes in processes and systems that includes adapting procedures, processes, and techniques to meet / improve the business based on business requirements. This will include providing detailed business analysis of the systems and processes to resolve questions and solve problems. You must have strong analytical and problem solving skills that will enable you to identify and assess risks and opportunities. Advanced experience with Demand Planning and Replenishment (DPR) System, SAP, and Data Warehouse with Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project required.
