Reset Specialist Albany, NY area

RSA seeks a Full-time Reset Specialist for the Albany, NY area.


Experience is preferred. Travel is required. Candidates must have (1) A valid driver’s license, (2) Own reliable vehicle and (3) Current automobile insurance.

Duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:

· Perform major and minor remodels Performing plan-o-gram updates
· Check in orders and check out credits, complete necessary paperwork
· Unpacking, restocking, organizing, placing all items in proper locations
· Marking each item that is stocked with the correct retail price if required
· Overall section upkeep, including product rotation, dusting, cleaning shelves, etc.
· Unpacking any overstock from stockroom to sales floor
· Answering questions from store employees and store customers in a timely and polite manner
· Following all customer-specific procedures (receiving times, disposal of garbage, etc.)

· Ordering of products using a handheld order entry device (Telxon) following all customer-specific inventory requirements

· Cover a route in the absence of a Route Merchandiser or as needed

· Provide daily recap of reset completeness including missing fixtures, tags, etc.

· Install peg board, build outs, etc., in as safe a manner as possible
