Retail Facilities Coordinator - Everything But Water

Everything But Water, the nation's premiere fashion retailer of women's swimwear doing business in 20 states and in business for more than 23 years is seeking a Retail Facilities Coordinator to join our Corporate Office in Orlando, Florida.

OVERALL FUNCTION:

The Retail Facilities Coordinator serves as the primary contact between stores and repair and maintenance service providers. The Retail Facilities Coordinator is the key resource to store management teams on facilities issues by administering troubleshooting advice, providing resource materials and assisting with service providers. The Retail Facilities Coordinator reports to the Vice President of Stores. This is a full‐time, exempt position.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Functions as the primary Facilities Service Center contact between stores and repair and maintenance service vendors, resolving issues in a timely manner.

• Maintains system to track the maintenance and repair of all store facilities.

• Promptly responds to all critical Facilities Service Center calls (including after hours and on weekends) through use of a cellular telephone.

• Approves and audits service invoices to ensure proper billing.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to remain professional and courteous even in stressful situations.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• 2+ years facilities maintenance experience and basic understanding of maintenance and construction related technical issues (e.g. HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
