Retail Field Auditor

Primary Responsibilities:

 

· Identifies inventory shrink and opportunities to reduce shortages through store audits.

· Complete a detailed report after each store audit and communicate results to Operations.

· Review of shortages monthly with Senior Management to identify potential issues.

· Assist Operations in identifying and investigating internal/external theft and prepare detailed case reports.

· Be an asset to Value by proactively seeking to improve company shrink using communication, audits and training.

 

Required Skills:

 

· Effective communicator, both oral and written

· Ability to manage confidential information

· Leadership

· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

· Must be able to travel as needed

· CCTV usage and installation

 

Required Experience:

 

· College degree or equivalent experience

· Retail experience required

· Wicklander-Zulawski or Reid Interviewing and Interrogation Training or SCAN Training with practical experience

· Fluent in Spanish and English a plus, but not required
