Retail Fulfillment Manager

 

Sixty USA, whose brands include Miss Sixty, Energie, Sixty and Killah, is currently seeking an experienced Retail Fulfillment Analyst to join its busy Distribution Division.

 

This position will be responsible for overseeing Sixty USA Retail’s inventory & order fulfillment for all Sixty USA owned stores. In addition to coordinating order fulfillment to our stores, this position will serve as a key point of contact with our Corporate Retail Team to ensure that all Retail inventory, order and shipping requirement are consistent with business needs.

 

Other Responsibilities include:Oversee all Retail Order fulfillment, transfers, returns, back orders, customer service needs and inventory control Process allocation of all incoming Retail shipments; ensure all inventory is batched and allocated and ready for processingReview all orders to ensure incoming/outgoing inventory is processed accurately and consistently with delivery terms and timeframes·  Investigate and resolve discrepanciesConfirm readiness of goods and prepare shipping timetable to storesIntegrate inventory data into Retail Inventory Management System, oversee allocation of inventory data·  Analyzes inventory variances, organize Retail Inventory Reconciliation processes

 

Requirements/experience:3 to 5 years experience in a distribution/fulfillment role

·  Must have experience with automated warehouse management systems and/or Retail POS systems; Knowledge of RetailPro Systems is a plus!

·  Demonstrable success in managing operational issues in a complex distribution environment

·  Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, warehouse applications, etc.)

·  Strong organizational and analytical skills
