Mica International, official retail outlet for Dale Tiffany is seeking Full Time and Part Time Retail / Internet Sales Associates with the following qualifications to work in our showroom.

 

Retail / Internet Sales Associate Job Purpose:

Serves customers by helping them select products and update e-commerce site with product and pricing.

 

Retail Sales Associate Duties:Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items.Advises customers by providing information on products.Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records.Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards.Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Update eCommerce site with updated products and pricing.

 

Retail Sales Associate Requirements:Minimum 3yrs retail sales experience and/or internet sales experienceInternet / Web / eCommerce savvyData entry (min. 40wpm) and 10-key by touchPOS (Point of Sales) software experience a plusMust be able to lift up to 40lbsLight maintenance dutiesMust be able to work weekends and holidays with flexible hoursMS Excel, Outlook, ERP, Quickbooks experience a plusListening, Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Selling to Customer Needs, Product Knowledge, People Skills, Energy Level, Dependability, General Math Skills, Verbal Communication, Job Knowledge
