Retail Product Manager- Hard Home

Responsible for managing the development of Private Brand/Label Program and Style Plans within the context of the sales/margin plans and business strategy. Executes product development process from concept through sourcing, costing, production, and managing delivery from vendor to stores.- Works closely with Merchants to predict seasonal fashion direction assortment opportunities and merchandise trends for area of responsibility.- Initiates label and package development with management approval. - Insures the established product time line is being met from inception of product to shipment to include approvals, lab dips, testing, and specifications inspection.
