Job Description Retail Recruiting Manager Position Title:Retail Recruiting ManagerPosition Purpose:Manages all Retail Recruiting and selection activities for the North America Retail organization.Partners with VPs of Stores, Regional Managers and DMs to insure all staffing needs are met.Essential Functions:Identifies sources of candidates, initiates and maintains relationships with outside sources (e.g., employment agencies, recruiters, colleges, and job fair sponsors).Directs the design and placement of employment advertising.Evaluates selection criteria and testing techniques to ensure compliance to standards participation in the development and implementation of revisions.Develops and controls employment/ recruiting expenditures budget.Ensures adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations governing the employment process.Education:Bachelor's DegreeYears of Experience:6-8 YearsQualified Candidates, please visit our website to apply: https://recruiter.kenexa.com/guess/cc/Home.ss?ccid=bupJEdUjsTs%3D
