Schuler Shoes, a local retailer committed to providing genuine value and superior service to our customers, is accepting applications for full-time and part-time sales associates for our Bloomington, St. Louis Park locations and our new Burnsville store opening in late June.

REQUIREMENTS: 

Qualified candidates will be passionate about helping others, providing exceptional service, contributing to the success of a team, and sharing the rewards. 

 

· Proven ability to develop relationships with customers and co-workers

· A professional image in appearance and communication

· Motivated to deliver superior service Capable of handling difficult situations with tact and diplomacy

· Able to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends

· Previous customer service and/or sales experience is preferred

 

 

COMPENSATION:  We provide paid training, a generous commission, and an employee discount.  Eligible associates can enjoy a benefits package including insurance, profit sharing, and paid holidays.
