We are currently hiring for the following positions: Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Sales Supervisor, and Sales Associate.Store Manager Description: Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, and/or distribution of products. Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties. Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement. Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary. Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes. Monitor businesses and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits. Oversee activities directly related to making products or providing services. Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency. Determine goods and services to be sold, and set prices and credit terms, based on forecasts of customer demand. Manage the movement of goods into and out of production facilities. Assistant Manager/Sales Supervisor Description: Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints. Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods. Assign employees to specific duties. Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers. Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specified level. Keep records of purchases, sales, and requisitions. Enforce safety, health, and security rules. Examine products purchased for resale or received for storage to assess the condition of each product or item. Hire, train, and evaluate personnel in sales or marketing establishments, promoting or firing workers when appropriate. Perform work activities of subordinates, such as cleaning and organizing shelves and displays and selling merchandise. Sales Associate Description: Responsible for selling store merchandise to customers while maintaining the company's standard in customer service. Demonstrate merchandise according to company guidelines and product knowledge. Operate the store POS to ring up sales. Assist with merchandising, stocking and general upkeep of the store.
