Retail Store Manager

Provides leadership and management direction necessary to achieve fnancial goals and performance objectives. Achieves these performance measurements and objectives through consistent team development, merchandise execution, stron operational controls and exceptional and consistent customer service standards.

Responsibilities:
-Manage payroll and drive sales performance to meet Roberts' business objective.
-Manages the performance of team members in a consistent, fair and effective manner.
-Lead with an inspired and shared vision for success-Team oriented.
-Strong recruiting skills and abilities.
-Identifies the development needs of the induviduals/team and trains for the knowldege and skills required. Maintains further development through ongoing and consistent coaching.
-Recognizes desired behaviors and deals effectively with poor performance situations through a coaching to win pholosophy with constructive and developmental feedback.
-Maximize merchandise visual presentation, insuring all sku's are represented on the selling floor.
-Must have knowledge of business; Best Sellers; Sales Goals and create quantifiable measurements.
-Inventory management for merchandise reciepts and appropriate inventory levels by department.
-Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
-Open and Close sotre- Night and Weekends
-Insure financial controls are complete in accordance with Roberts policy.

-Srong merchandising skills a must.
-Ability to follow and initiate plan-o-gram type merchandise directives
-General computer knowledge including: email, word and cash register
