JOB TITLE:Manager/Manager in Training

 

Summary: Directs the day-to-day operations ensuring profitability through management.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•Actively participate in the promotion of Beverly’s by direct

community contact, staying current with company wide advertising and

providing sales leadership to staff.

•Stay current with products, marketing and pricing of area retailers

with similar product lines.

•Control store expenditures through management of payroll and

operating costs

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

•Must possess basic leadership skills.

•Ability to prioritize responsibilities and provide immediate

response to needs. Sense of urgency.

•Must possess strong customer service and communication skills.

•Background in retail, minimum 3 years retail management experience.

 

Experience in the craft industry a plus.

Salaried position.

Ability to work 50 hours per week average.
