Wonderful opportunity to assist in the establishment of a new distribution center (approx. 2,000 sq feet) opening in Tracy, California. 

 The manager will be responsible for the retail distribution operation. Responsible for the training and development of 3-4 Point of Sale Clerks Cashiers and or order pickers. Responsible for opening, closing, inventory management, scheduling, and accounting.Motivating the store team to reinforce customer service and ensure thestore consistently executes all operational functions to company standards.

 

Required Experience: Bilingual English/Spanish High School Degree - Associates or Bachelor Preferred 2-4 years experience with a successful retailer Experience with POS/OM, Inventory, and Purchasing Software. (Oracle E-Business a plus) Microsoft Office Suite Experience (Word, Excel, Access) Cash, Credit, Check reconciliation and management experience

 Additional Experience: Proven written and verbal communication skills Exceptional Customer Service Skills Enthusiastic, energetic personality Results oriented, with strong leadership and decision making capabilities Strong merchandising and operational skills Ability to demonstrate positive results Demonstrates time management and organizational skills Works with a sense of urgency when executing tasks Attention to detail and self motivated Ability to prioritize tasks

 

Hours of Operation: Monday, Wednesday, Friday  10-6pm Tuesday and Thursday 12-8pm Closed Saturday and Sunday
