Retail Store Manager - Base + COMMISSION!

 

Location: Kansas City, MO 

 

JoS. A. Bank is a Sales-Driven, Better Men’s Clothing store. We are seeking an energetic and outgoing Retail Store Manager, with an eye for men’s fashion and passion to succeed for our NEW STORE opening in Kansas City, MO. 

 

As a successful Retail Store Manager, you will: 

• Drive Sales to exceed the overall Store Goals

• Oversee all day-to-day planning and coordinating of operations and events

• Hire, train and manage all store employees

• Motivate staff to reach Company directed performance goals (Sales, IPT’s, Corporate Cards, Avg Dollar Sale, etc)

• Develop and maintain customer relationships 

 

Requirements:

• Associates Degree or equivalent from 2yr College or Technical School, or

• Management experience (at least 1-2 years), or

• Prior successful experience in sales (2-4 years preferred) 

 

Compensation:

• Competitive Base Salary

• Commission on Personal Sales
