Retail Store Manager for a Growing Company Needed

Easy Life Furniture Inc. is the fastest growing furniture retailer in Southern California and we are getting ready for another growth spurt! 

We are hiring for a 'Store Manager'

We have opened 14 stores in Southern California and a few more stores coming very soon!

We offer furniture selections to customers at a savings up to 40% off!


Primary Duties:
1) Increase Sales,Profits and Control Expenses
2) Responsible for retail store operations.
3) Provide a quality store experience for customers
4) Training and applying effective selling techniques
5) Develop and evaluate sales staff
6) Performs human resource duties such as scheduling, hiring, timekeeping records, terminations, performance evaluations, etc

 

 

 Requirements:

Qualifications:
1) 2 to 5 yrs previous retail management experience as a Store Manager in a Retail /Sales environment.  **furniture background not necessary
2) Proven ability to increase sales and profitability
3) Entrepreneur Spirited
4) Ability to multi-task
5) Strong leadership and supervisory skills
6) Strong organizational skills
7) Excellent written and verbal communication
8) Strengthening the Sales of a Commissioned Sales Team
