Retail Support Specialist Needed:

South Florida - Miami

Starting Pay $18.00 per hour

Scope of Position

Responsibilities include: supporting sales volume, servicing doors within a radius of 100 to 200 miles. Work schedule is 20 to 25 hours per week maximum with an occasional Saturday to handle special events. Provide product knowledge training to store associates, build and maintain merchandising displays, develop and maintain positive customer relations, execute sales and marketing programs.  Limited travel.

 

 

Basic FunctionsWork with stores to maintain effective presentation of Hartmann.Will work on weekends.Develop and implement visual merchandising displays in accordance with store approval.Maintain appropriate communication with the Hartmann sales management on competitive products, sales results, promotions, events, successes and failures; recommendations for improvements.Assist Hartmann Area Sales Manager in bi-monthly inventory counts. Assist in management of new product placement, in-store presentations/events, and test procedures.Increase retail and cost sales volume of Hartmann products in the assigned account.Procure data on competitive products, events, promotions, and general situations on a weekly (as occurred) basis.Establish and maintain excellent consumer and account relations.Improve and maintain Hartmann visual presentation on the selling floors.Maintain proper stock and merchandise plan accounting.

 

Preferred Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree

Previous retail experience

 

Must Requirements (including any physical requirements)

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain positive customer relations.

Strong initiative and the ability to work independently.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong negotiating and organization skills.

A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel overnight.
