Retail Training Specialist $1500 Hire on Bonus Requires Relocations after Training

Relocation is a must once territory and training are complete.

 

Job Description:

 

The Retail Training Specialist (RTS) is a multi-skilled role that includes building and enhancing relationships with Kingsdown’s existing partners in an effort to increase market penetration with that partner. This will be achieved through both direct consumer/on-the-floor sales and through training and education of our partner’s sales staff to help them better present Kingsdown products to the consumer.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Responsibilities of the Retail Training Specialist include, but are not limited to:

 

Direct consumer selling on the retail sales floor; RTS’s are expected to maintain a high level of knowledge of Kingsdown product and be able to effectively present our product to consumers. RTS’s will take part in store activities and special promotions to support our partners in increasing sales.

 

Educating and training retail sales associates on how to sell and the benefits of selling Kingsdown products to facilitate sales growth; This training will be conducted in a one-on-one basis, including role-playing and sales scenarios, with group training, both large and small, and with both new and veteran sales associates.

 

Maintain product and display on the retail floor; RTS’s ensure that Kingsdown’s product is displayed in a manner that supports sales growth and represents the best interests of the company. RTS’s will also set up, maintain and repair any minor IT hardware/software or POP hardware that relates to the sales program. (example change cords, replace ink cartridges)

 

Develop and implement, follow and revise action plans for stores and individual sales associates to increase sales performance; RTS’s work to build and enhance relationships with stores/individual sales associates, develop sales incentives and provide product knowledge and education. RTS’s will also continually evaluate competition on the retail floor and guard against advances in competitive market share.

Two or four year college degree preferred, high school diploma or GED required

1-2 years of Outside Retail Sales/Customer Service experience preferred

Computer skills to include knowledge of: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Internet navigation

Reliable transportation and clean driving record

Credit Card in your name

Flexible scheduling that will require working some weekends, holidays and occasional overnight travel
