Retail operations manager for Manhattan bakery with multiple locations:

We are currently seeking a retail operations manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have retail management experience in a gourmet food market, bakery, retail food operation or cafe.  

As a retail operations manager you will be expected to:
∑ identify and improve our current retail operations’ successes
∑ adapt current processes to new stores and new products
∑ hire, train, schedule, evaluate and retain the best possible retail staff
∑ motivate staff to meet operational goals
∑ create operational plans for the retail stores on a quarterly and annual basis working with the rest of the management team
∑ meet regularly with owner and management team to evaluate and set goals.
