Route Sales Supervisor - Plymouth

Route Sales Supervisors oversee and assist our Route Sales Associates in the sale and delivery of our baked goods including the brand names, Country Kitchen and Barowsky's. This is an entry-level, hands-on position. Our Route Sales Associates drive a box truck, load and unload product, deliver to customers, merchandise product, increase sales, and provide superior customer service. Successful candidates will have an acceptable motor vehicle record, be willing to start the workday between 1am - 4am and work weekends, usually Saturdays. Must also have the ability to lift a maximum of 50 pounds and 20 -25 pounds on a regular basis with or without reasonable accommodation. Previous supervisory, DSD experience, and/or a college education is preferred.
