Retail Running Store Manager

You will help run our Laguna Hills store and assume ownership of running a multi-million dollar business in this exciting role. This includes budgeting, P&L responsibility, store marketing, merchandising, hiring, training, and ensuring the runner and walker entering your store receives the best service available.

Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university plus a minimum of five years retail store experience, with at least three years in a supervisory role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
