We offer a generous commissioned environment with unlimited earnings potential.  First years sales professionals can average 45,000.  The top 20% of our sales force average over $80,000. Unlimited personal growth opportunities in a professional team environment during a 5 day work week.There is no limit to the amount of money you can make; it's entirely up to you!  At Mattress Giant you will receive 3 weeks of paid training and then a hourly base pay (not a draw) or commission pay for each week worked after the training period, whichever is greater!
