Recruiting professionals! If you enjoy extensive travel, consider this position that supports a group of district managers by sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and hiring for store manager positions. You will assist with the implementation of recruiting initiatives that build bench strength, reduce turnover and ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state laws.  In addition, you will partner with the district and region managers to hire quality store management candidates that will build bench strength, reduce shrink, increase sales and reduce turnover.

 

 Bachelor's degree in Business or HR related degree preferred Three years human resources experience Minimum 2 years recruiting exempt level employees and/or two years experience as an HR Generalist Willingness and ability to travel over night up to five days per week Retail experience a plus! Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel required Fluency in both English and Spanish a plus. (English required.)

Compensation will consist of a competitive salary based on
experience, plus bonus potential.
