STORE MANAGER - Furniture/Design

OUR BUSINESS IS GROWING…  Drexel-Heritage, the creator of beautiful Home Interiors for over 100 years, seeks individuals for the position of STORE MANAGER at our Boca Raton, FL, location.

 

As Store Manager, you will manage and develop a professional sales staff of design consultants to drive sales, provide excellent service to our customers, meet company goals, and maximize store promotions and marketing initiatives. Sales growth will be achieved through training and coaching your staff to accomplish their professional and financial goals. The Store Manager must also possess exceptional administrative and interpersonal skills.

 

Requirements include at least 5 years of proven retail management experience; furniture industry knowledge in fields such as retail, interior design and sales; college degree is preferred.  



 

SALARY RANGE: 45K-60K depending on experience, also offering an outstanding bonus potential.
