We presently seek a Sales Administration Analyst for our Iselin, NJ location. This position is a very diverse position.  While analytical in nature, it requires someone very comfortable with Excel and Powerpoint in order to complete weekly sales report compilation/analysis and various report requests made by customers and sales team.  Powerpoint experience will be required in order to prepare sales presentations for Sr. VP Sales and account managers, as needed.  The ability to translate data into creative presentations a must.

 

In addition, this position requires the management of new product and existing lines for the NYO and Sales Force, including coordinating all efforts relating to market week set ups and samples.  Assist with sales meeting preparations, coordinating all New York office account appointment set ups and Board Meetings/Investor Meeting set ups. Liason between Regional Sales VP and Macy’s specific requests for analysis, product samples, jpeg product images etc.

Requires a BS degree, 2-5 years experience and 0-5 years similar responsibilities in fashion-related industry.  Excellent math skills, as well as Excel, Word, PowerPoint  proficient.  Must be able to work independently and without direct supervision, flexible work situation between NY and Iselin.  Must be a well-organized, a self-starter, proactive and have the ability to multi-task.
