Sales Associate - Colton

As a result of our tremendous growth, we are actively seeking a Sales Associate in our Stoneledge HomeStore facility in Colton, CA. This position plays an integral role in Ashley Furniture HomeStores future success in meeting our customers’ needs and our continued growth.

Below is a list of requirements/qualifications necessary to be considered for this position. High School Diploma or GED required 6 months retail experience required Knowledge of: Product line, AS400 system, and Records Management Effective interpersonal communication skills Ability to calculate mathematical equations

Below is a list of essential functions this position will perform.Sell product: with store “UPS” system; greet customers in a professional manor with a non-business opening; qualify customers with questions; perform product presentation; know product features, benefits, pricing, inventory status, and terms of sale; let customers know about financing options; attempt to add on items to each sale; attempt to add on extended warranty with each sale; attempt to close each opportunity with each customer Complete the proper paper work correctly and completely Participate in daily sales meeting and specialize product training Contact customers after delivery to ensure total satisfaction
