We are currently seeking SALES DEPARTMENT COORDINATOR candidates for our JACKSONVILLE, IL location. 


Responsibilities include: 

Operational, merchandising and administrative functions within the store.Leading a staff in providing exceptional customer service.  Store opening and closing responsibilities.


Requirements:

Merchandise knowledge preferred, such as apparel, exercise, footwear, field and stream, general athletics, but not necessary.


Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a hands-on management style.  Enthusiasm and initiative are key.  Ability to provide excellent customer service and motivate and train staff to do the same are essential.
