KoKo & Palenki known as a "must stop" for beautiful shoes by Lucky magazine and recognized as a leader in the footwear industry KoKo & Palenki continues to grow and diversify.Our goal is to become the "all about fashion" store for the fashion constience customer. 

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for our new clothing concept located in Dadeland Mall as well as candidates who possess the ability to continue our growth in local area markets throughout Florida.

The following positions are open-

Store Manager:

Candidates for this position must have at least 2-3 years of management experience working with a fashion forward company.  You must possess leadership qualities and be able to manage and maintain the company directives.

Overview of position:
Managerial candidate must possess leadership qualities to manage the day to day of the location.  Must be able to manage and train a team of sales associates and support associates.

Must be creative and possess discretionary skills when dealing with employees.

Manage your team in order to meet sales goals

Manage all operational aspects such as payroll, scheduling, loss prevention

Take part in merchandising and be a vital part in communication with the buyer to be able to make a difference in store production.



Qualifications:

BS/BA preferred
Minimum of 2-3 yrs experience in the retail industry
Proven experience in a sales/goal driven environment
Ability to travel
Strong communication skills 


Store sales

Candidates for this position must be a high enery individual with fashion sense who can deliver high customer service.

Overview of position:

Greets customer with a friendly smile upon the customers arrival

You respond to the customers needs by analyzing and responding

Assist customer in the selection of their merchanise and suggest items as well.

Able to strive toward store goals 

Be able to work as a team

High potential for growth.

Education:

High school graduate or equivalent

Experience:

Prior customer service in retail preferred
