Description:Scheduling Coordinator Join Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions as the Scheduling Coordinator for the Dallas Center! Our ideal candidate will be a highly organized and results driven individual who has a passion for customer service. Our Scheduling Coordinator will oversee all phases of teacher scheduling, recruiting and management within the Dallas Center. We are looking for a candidate who will be driven to continually improve the student experience at Kaplan. Responsibilities:Manage teacher recruiting, auditioning, training, scheduling, and observing. Create programs and initiatives that improve course delivery and enhance the overall student experience. Hire, train and supervise part-time Teacher-Trainers. Schedule and run local teacher development meetings. Manage the delivery of course schedules. Communicate course changes and updates to instructors. Create and implement staff training sessions in conjunction with other mangers. Position Requirements and/or Skills Required:Bachelors Degree 1 year of experience in a business setting preferred; teaching and/or curriculum development a plus Leadership, management and team motivation skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle numerous details Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Strong problem solving, decision-making, and creative thinking abilities Passion for customer service and business growth Ability to travel locally and work occasionally during evenings and weekends Must be authorized to work in the United States If you have a passion for education and business, e-mail your resume, cover letter, and salary requirements today!
