Job Description
Primary functions include supporting a management staff with all typing and administrative needs with duties such as performing large mailings, mail stuffing, sorting and processing, copy jobs, faxing, filing, supply ordering, meeting set-up, answering phones, creating and maintaining databases, report preparation, and other duties as required. Job duties and responsibilities include:
- Forwarding information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information.
- Maintaining office supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing orders; verifying receipt; stocking items; delivering supplies to work stations
- Filing customer invoices, packing slips, and orders
- Serving customers by answering questions; forwarding messages.
- Listening to and resolving customers service challenges and opportunities
- Enhancing organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Minimum Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Strong problem solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks on time.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong typing and data entry skills.
- Past work experience in a clerical, administrative assistant, or receptionist role.
- Experience in delivery/and or service organizations such as automotive, appliance, or outdoor power equipment.See Job Description
