Securities Paralegal

Our Company Starts with U!  U-Store-It (NYSE:YSI), Wants U to Join Our Team for a Dynamic and Challenging Securities Paralegal position reporting to our Executive Vice President, General Counsel! Main Duties· Prepares confidential, corporate documents· Initiates special projects and reports for corporate executives and Board members· Edits and coordinates SEC filings· Assists in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and NYSE requirements· Assists in acquisitions, joint ventures and dispositions · Maintains corporate records for the Board and performs other corporate secretarial functions· Assists in ensuring ongoing compliance with corporate securities and corporate/NYSE governance rules and regulations· Prepares reviews and edits periodic reports and information statements required by the Securities and Exchange Commission.  Such reports include Section 16 forms, Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, Schedule 14A Proxy Statements, and registration statements  MUST HAVEBachelors degree with five or more years experience in securities experience.  Excellent Communication skills - both verbal and written Proficient Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package including medical, 401K, dental, vision, vacation and holiday pay.  Qualified candidates submit resumes to: ewuest@ustoreit.com Background check and drug screen required.  EOE  Position Information Company: U-Store-It Location: Cleveland, OH Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Legal Contact Information Company: U-Store-It Email: U-Store-It
